Beer Duck
Overview
You should be able to tell from the name of Beer Duck. One of the main ingredients is called beer. There is a big difference between beer and our traditional grain brewing. Beer is a yeast-fermented low-alcohol wine full of carbon dioxide, which is called liquid bread. But beer contains a lot of sugar and a small amount of alcohol, making it especially suitable for stewing with meat.
