Fresh Hericium Mushrooms
Overview
My mother-in-law has a bad stomach, so I bought some Hericium mushrooms to nourish her stomach. Hericium must be soaked in water in advance, then steamed for 30 minutes, and then washed. This way the bitter taste of the Hericium can be removed. The cooked Hericium will taste very good when cooked.
