How many bowls are made? Just use a soup bowl and put a few bowls of water. What I made was a handful of ingredients + 5 bowls of water (rice bowl), and it was just right, not thick or thin. I cooked it in a casserole for three and a half hours. The ingredients are all easy to cook. If I cook them in a rice cooker, they may not be as soft and glutinous.

  1. Prepare the ingredients: wash, peel and cut the thin yam into hob pieces (the thin yam is soft, glutinous and sweet, suitable for stewing).   4. After adding water, cover and start cooking. The "Nutritional Soup" function of the casserole I use defaults to three and a half hours. When there are 50 minutes left, add yam and continue cooking. At the same time, you can sprinkle in seven or eight crystal sugars and add the appropriate amount according to your personal taste.

  5. The finished product after exposure: red dates replenish qi and nourish the skin, coix seeds dehumidify, peanuts nourish the stomach, yam nourishes the kidneys and lungs...
