Light butter buns

Light butter buns

Overview

This must be the fifth time I have failed to make bread in the past two years. Because I basically don’t eat sweets, I have never considered buying a bread machine. Every time I see other people making bread by hand and kneading the glove film, I feel envious, and my hands are itchy and I can’t help but try it. But every time, not only do I not see the legendary glove film, but I also don’t see the thick film. But they all operate according to the prescription. It seems that my luck is also a problem. This time I kneaded my hands until they were red. I would like to say that I will never try bread that requires gloves to be removed. I really can’t afford to be hurt! But in fact, although the bread did not feel stringy when it was made, it was not unpalatable. The children ate two of them.
