Today we have a dish: pan-fried buns with scallions and fresh meat. They are tender and delicious, with soft and delicious spinach. I accidentally ate a few more of them, haha.

  2. Mix flour with baking powder and warm water.

  3. Ferment until doubled in size.

  6. Add minced green onion and shredded winter squash, add five-spice powder and ginger powder, pour in hot oil, add salt and stir in one direction.

  8. Pour oil into the pan and place the buns in order.

  9. Add no more than half the amount of water to the buns.

  10. Cover the pot and fry over low heat.

  11. After the water has evaporated, the buns will become fat, soft, and the bottom will be golden.

  12. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with chopped green onion and black sesame seeds and enjoy.
