Today we have a dish: pan-fried buns with scallions and fresh meat. They are tender and delicious, with soft and delicious spinach. I accidentally ate a few more of them, haha.

Mix flour with baking powder and warm water.

Ferment until doubled in size.

Add minced green onion and shredded winter squash, add five-spice powder and ginger powder, pour in hot oil, add salt and stir in one direction.

Add no more than half the amount of water to the buns.
