Peel and cut the tomatoes into cubes, cut half the green onion into cubes, and cut the potatoes into small pieces.

Mince ginger and garlic.

Add a spoonful of cooking wine to the pot and add the beef slices. When the water boils and the meat slices turn white, take them out immediately.
