Ingredients: cabbage, vermicelli

Shred cabbage

Soak the vermicelli in boiling water till soft and set aside

Pour oil into the wok, add chopped green onion, and stir-fry garlic until fragrant.

Add cabbage and stir-fry

Stir-fry until the cabbage changes color, add steamed fish soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry. Stir-fry the cabbage evenly and then add the soaked vermicelli.

Stir-fry until evenly colored.

Add a pinch of salt.

Continue to stir well.

Serve on a platter. It's ready to eat.
