Ingredients
Steps
-
First puree the banana. Bring the banana puree to a boil over medium heat. Stir constantly during the heating process. After boiling, turn to low heat and continue to simmer for a while until the puree condenses into a sauce that turns brown. Cool and set aside.
-
Cut the butter into small pieces, add sugar after softening, and beat with an electric mixer for 1 minute.
-
Add egg yolk and continue beating for 30 seconds.
-
Add the cooled banana puree and mix until fluffy. Pour in the rum without stirring.
-
Sift the cake flour and baking soda into the butter mixture.
-
Use a spatula to stir evenly.
-
Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator to chill. After the dough becomes hard and non-sticky, shape it into the shape you like and put it in the freezer to freeze and harden.
-
Take out the dough and cut into even slices.
-
Put in the preheated oven, heat up and down, 150℃, 10-12 minutes.
-
Bake until the surface is golden brown, the temperature of the oven depends on the actual temperature of your oven!
-
Okay~ The soft cookies with strong banana flavor are finished~
-
After cooling, you can enjoy it~
-
If you put it in the microwave and heat it for ten seconds before eating, the texture will become softer~ I haven’t tried it on 27, but Teacher Junzhi said~ Hehe~ You can try it~~ Okay~ I wish everyone a good appetite~ See you next time~~~
