Homemade tofu
Overview
Tofu, called Fuli in ancient times, was first invented and manufactured in my country, and then spread to all over the world. Tofu is the main raw material of vegetarian dishes in my country. It has always been welcomed by people and is known as plant meat. Tofu is mainly made from soybeans. Soybeans contain more protein and fat, so tofu has higher nutritional value. Tofu can be produced all year round without seasonal restrictions, so during the off-season of vegetable production, the variety of dishes can be adjusted.

Cut the tofu into thin slices and fry in oil until the surface is golden brown.

Cut green onions into water chestnut slices, cut green and red peppers into thin rings, cut coriander into sections, and prepare black fungus and Sichuan peppercorns.

Cut the cucumber into thin slices.

Stir-fry Sichuan peppercorns, green onions, and green and red peppers.

Add tofu slices and stir-fry.

Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and appropriate amount of water and stir-fry.

Add black fungus and cucumber slices and stir-fry over high heat.

Thicken the gravy with water starch, add coriander powder and sesame oil.

Remove from pan and plate.
