Chicken soup, shepherd's purse, mushroom wontons
Overview
I left the chicken soup when I made the boiled chicken. Today I took it out and made wontons stuffed with shepherd’s purse, mushrooms, and eggs. The three-year-old baby said after eating a bowl: Mom, the food you cooked is so delicious. Mom, can you cook this kind of meal for the baby tomorrow? Of course, the mother is happy to get the baby's approval, but what is even more gratifying for a mother is that the baby is looking forward to eating such a meal tomorrow. In fact, wontons are a very suitable food for babies aged two or three. The skin is thin and the filling is easy to digest. The rich filling solves the problem of most babies not liking vegetables. For mom, it’s another healthy way of cooking with almost no fumes. Why not!
