This lemon pig's trotters is paired with pickled lemons, scallops, sour chilies, and sour ginger. It is a specialty dish of Nanning, Guangxi. Most people will use these four ingredients to make lemon duck. In fact, it is also very delicious when used to stir-fry pork knuckles. It is sour and spicy, not greasy at all

  3. Put it into a pot and boil the bleeding water, skim off the blood foam and cook for 15 minutes
