Cold edamame

Cold edamame

Overview

The summer in Wuhan is particularly sultry. Simple and quick stir-fries have become a regular at home. My family likes to make edamame stir-fry, so I often make it. Add a little star anise when cooking edamame, and the cinnamon will make it more fragrant and appetizing. If you don’t have cinnamon at home, just add some star anise.
