After stirring evenly, the white paste turns into yellow paste.

Sift in the flour that has been mixed in advance, and knead it into a smooth dough. Do not knead it too much, then cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it out to about 2 or 3 mm thin. You can spread plastic wrap or sprinkle flour on the bottom to prevent sticking.
-
Handmade flower molds to make a show.
-
Where flowers cannot be carved, a small cedar mold is used, the corners are carved, and the dough is formed into dough, and then rolled out thinly.
-
Set the carved cookie dough aside and let it rest for 20 minutes. Then put it into the preheated spatula, no need to brush with oil, and cook over low heat.
-
It will take about 5 minutes to turn over, and it will be cooked after turning it 2 or 3 times (the specific time depends on the thickness of the biscuit base). If you like the white color, you can not turn it over, and always cook the bottom side, but the heat must be low, otherwise the bottom will be burnt and the top will not be cooked. Most of the rolled ones this time are about 2 mm, so they cook quickly.
-
After taking it out, let it cool. Soft when hot, not crispy.
-
The finished product is moderately sweet and a little sweet. If you bake it for a short time, it will have a crispy texture. If you bake it for a long time, it will have a hard and crispy texture.
