Steamed eggplant
Overview
There is a bumper harvest of eggplants in my backyard, and it’s a hot summer day. Everyone wants to eat iced eggplants, it’s so refreshing~

Remove the stems, wash and cut the eggplant into sections, soak in water to remove the black water.

Place the drained eggplant into a steamer with boiling water and steam for 5 minutes.

Take out the steamed eggplants immediately and soak them in ice water. After they are completely cool, squeeze out the water, tear them into strips, and put them on the plate.

Top with homemade sauce before eating. Free to match according to everyone's preference.
