Steamed scallops with garlic vermicelli
Overview
My favorite Cantonese seafood steamed dish. Fresh scallops are not available in the north this season, so I have to buy frozen scallop meat to make it. It is also a dish in the hall during the festival, and it tastes extremely delicious. Scallops are very rich in nutrients. They are high-protein and low-fat marine shellfish. They have the effects of strengthening the brain, improving eyesight, strengthening the spleen, harmonizing the stomach, moisturizing the intestines, nourishing the skin, promoting blood circulation, suppressing cancer and anti-tumor.
