Overview
Yuanmeng Shaobing is minced meat Shaobing. It is a traditional snack of the Beijing court. It is said that it was named after the dream of Empress Dowager Cixi came true. It symbolizes that the dream comes true, and also has the meaning of wishing the person who eats it health and longevity, promotion and wealth. This sesame seed cake is a combination of main and secondary ingredients. The sesame seed cake is crispy, the minced meat is moist and fresh, the outside is burnt and the inside is crispy, and the inside is salty and slightly sweet.

Dissolve the yeast and sugar with water, pour into the flour one at a time, mix into a dough, and rise until doubled in size.
