Take out the fermented carrot dough and press it on the panel to deflate
-
Divide out 6 60g small pieces of dough, roll them into balls, cover them with plastic wrap, and let them rest for 15 minutes
-
Then take a small yellow dough, place it on a small piece of cut oil paper, and roll it into a circle with a diameter of 12cm
-
As shown in the picture, first cut 4 knives
-
Then cut 12 knives evenly
-
Cut each small portion into three equal parts and cut them all in a circle
-
Then pinch every three to make sunflower petals
-
Prepare everything and put it into the baking pan (my baking pan is small and can only be divided into two baking pans). The yellow petals can be placed in the oven first and sealed to prevent them from drying out
-
To make the white part. Take out the white dough and deflate it

Then roll it into a round piece and wrap it with 10g of bean paste filling

With the mouth facing down, press flat
-
Roll out the remaining yellow dough into a long strip. Cut out small strips of the same width
-
Then arrange it as shown, use 10 sunflowers for each
-
Wrap the excess part ~ place it on the petals you just made, and press it well
-
Everything is done~ Start preheating the oven to 170 degrees. Then put the black sesame seeds
-
After preheating, put it in the oven at 150 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Watch carefully and cover with tin foil after coloring to prevent the color from being too heavy. (After baking for 25 minutes, I felt that the color was not enough, so I baked it at 170 degrees for another 10 minutes)
-
After baking, take it out immediately and place it on a drying rack to cool
