Prepare the above ingredients. Cut cucumbers, carrots and ham into thin strips. Take 100 grams of rice and mix it with egg yolk and set aside; take another 100 grams of rice and mix it with purple sweet potato and set aside.

Spread a sheet of nori on the sushi mat.

Place cucumber, ham, carrots and favorite toppings on the bottom of the rice.
