Wash the Chinese cabbage leaves and drain them;

Bevel the blade into a slightly larger piece;

Cut the pork belly into thin slices;

Cut green onions into sections and cut dried chilies into sections;

Put sugar, vinegar, salt, starch and water into a small bowl and stir evenly to form a sauce;

Heat the wok, heat the pan with cold oil and stir-fry the pork belly over medium-low heat;

Stir-fry until the pork belly spits out oil and the surface is slightly curled and browned, add the green onion and pepper segments, and continue to stir-fry until the pepper turns deep maroon in color;

Add cabbage slices, turn to high heat and stir-fry;

When the cabbage leaves become soft, add the sauce;

Stir-fry evenly and remove from the pan.
