Double waxed snow peas

Double waxed snow peas

Overview

I bought the raw materials and made my own sausages and bacon after the winter solstice last year. After drying, I not only gave some away, but I also kept some in the refrigerator to keep them fresh. You can use them to cook whenever you want. Winter is here again in a blink of an eye, and there is only a little of the two kinds of cured meats left. There happens to be some snow peas in the refrigerator, and the leftovers are another delicious dish haha~~ I will start making cured meats again this winter. . .
