Overview
Beer duck is a dish taught by my father. Every time I make this dish, I always feel homesick. Let the food and love continue like this!

-
Cut the duck legs into small pieces and add cold water until boiling. After taking it out, rinse the blood foam with cold boiled water and set aside.
-
Prepare onions, ginger and garlic for later use.
-
Heat the pan with cold oil, and when it is 80% hot, stir-fry the onions, ginger and garlic.
-
Add the blanched duck meat, add fresh soy sauce, and stir-fry continuously.
-
Add a can of beer, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over medium-low heat for twenty minutes.
-
Add the chopped radish and continue to simmer over medium-low heat for fifteen minutes. When the soup becomes less, use high heat to reduce the juice.
-
Serve on a plate.
