Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients and soak the glutinous rice for 6 hours.
-
Put ordinary flour in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and steam in a steamer for 15 minutes.
-
Add water to the pot and blanch the soaked glutinous rice for 1 minute, then remove quickly.
-
Take a clean drawer cloth, scoop the glutinous rice into dry water and wrap it up.
-
Place in a basket and steam for 20 minutes. (Steamed)
-
Take out the steamed glutinous rice and put it into a larger bowl.
-
Add an appropriate amount of boiling water and use a rolling pin to beat the glutinous rice until it is stiff (not too mushy to prevent it from sticking to the teeth). Cover the stirred glutinous rice with a wet drawer and let cool until set aside.
-
Chop the cooked peanuts with a knife (not too chopped)
-
Cut the hawthorn cake into small pieces.
-
Take a bowl and add sugar, cooked flour and sesame seeds.
-
Then add the hawthorn granules, peanut granules, and rose paste and stir evenly. Knead the evenly mixed filling into a filling ball.
-
Crush the freshly steamed flour with a rolling pin, take out the cooled glutinous rice, place it on the cooked flour, and roll it into long strips.
-
Cut into equal-sized pieces.
-
Flatten the picked medicine. Then put the dough on the flattened dough.
-
Wrap slowly with your hands and form into a ball. Garnish with hawthorn pieces.
