【Rice cheese cake】
Overview
For breakfast, I have always focused on Western-style breakfast. It is not only simple to make, but also relatively nutritious. The most important thing is that it can whet the children's appetite. Yesterday's breakfast staple, I made a very cute rice cheese pancake for the children, seasoned with sweet and sour Heinz tomato sauce, paired with ham, various vegetables and cheese, and served with milk and cherries for breakfast.

Prepare half a bowl of rice, add a little sushi vinegar and mix well. (The amount of rice is based on the amount needed by your family)
-
Take a little rice, wrap it in plastic wrap, form a slightly tight rice ball, and flatten it.
-
Finish all the rice balls in sequence.

Prepare all the ingredients and tomato sauce. Blanch the corn, carrots, and broccoli in boiling water. When blanching, add an appropriate amount of salt to add flavor.

Spread a layer of Heinz ketchup on each rice ball to taste.

Sprinkle with diced ham and spread with a little cheese.

Continue to layer corn, carrots, broccoli, and sprinkle a little cheese on the surface.

Place in the preheated oven, 180 degrees, middle rack, and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes.
-
The baked rice cheese cake has a very cute appearance and the sweet and sour taste is very popular among children.

Paired with milk and cherries for breakfast, it's delicious and energy-packed for the whole morning.
