Toast pizza
Eating pizza once a week was a habit that the naughty boy had when he was young. No matter what the weather was like on weekends, he would remind him early, and his belly would be full every time he went there. Later, he learned to make pizza by himself, and changed it from once a week to eating it at any time. Gradually, he made more and more things, but ate less and less pizza. Now I prefer to eat simple toast pizza. There is no thick crust. The crispy texture of sliced white toast after baking is many times better than flatbread. The most important thing is that you can make a pizza in ten minutes. It is currently a very popular breakfast dish;

Tangzhong Ham and Corn Toast – Bread Machine Version
Tangzhong Ham and Corn Toast - Bread Machine Version (Dongling DL-T13) After eating all kinds of dried fruit bread for a week, I really feel a little tired and don’t like it anymore... I thought I would like something salty, so Ham and Corn Toast was born. I can really only praise the Xiaoling T13: It’s so late to meet you! It turns out that the entire dough kneading process in my home bread machine takes an hour. I didn’t have high expectations when I came across the T13 this time. I didn't expect... I didn't expect... I spent 20 minutes kneading the dough, then added butter and kneaded it for another 10 minutes. Surprisingly... I overcooked it. Yes, I kneaded it too much... Wow~~~~ I threw away the puddle of mud and started all over again! Give you 100 likes! What an efficiency! If we had met earlier, I might not have bought a cooking machine, haha! Many people use bread machines to make bread, but the finished product is too heavy and not soft enough. This does not rule out the reasons for using different flours with different gluten contents. Also, most breads use the direct method, which is too troublesome and time-consuming. How can a lazy person make simple bread that is soft, delicious and not time-consuming? By the way, try Tang Zhong! ~ What I use here is 65°C Tang Zhong, and the ratio of flour to water is 1:5. See also the lazy person's method: first add the required amount to the container in proportion (for example, add 100G water to 20G powder), stir evenly, put it in the microwave, blanch it for 15 seconds, take it out and stir it, put it in the microwave oven for 15 seconds, take it out and stir it evenly... Repeat this several times until the flour and water are thick and paste-like. Take it out and let it cool before use. The excess can be refrigerated. It will be no problem for 2 to 3 days. Materials (900G): A: High-gluten flour: 380G High-sugar resistant yeast: 4.5G Salt: 5G White sugar: 40G Water: 270G B: Butter (unsalted): 30G C: Soup: 120G D: Ham dices & sweet corn kernels: 100G~120G (the proportion can be adjusted according to personal preference) ★Here I use diced smoked ham sausage. You can also use bacon instead. Fry and dice the bacon in a pan to make it more fragrant. Sweet corn kernels are available in cans, or you can use cooked corn kernels peeled off the cob. Production process: 1. Add high-gluten flour to the bread barrel, dig a small hole in the middle, add yeast powder and cover with flour. 2. Use a rubber spatula to push the flour into the middle to form a groove around it. Add the remaining ingredients of A and the tangzhong of C into the groove. Add D ham cubes and corn kernels to the fruit box. 3. Turn on one-click operation: basic bread----medium browning----weight 900G----automatic addition of fruit ingredients-----insulation (set as needed). That’s right, it’s that simple and worry-free. 4. After kneading the dough for 10 minutes, press the start button to pause, add ingredient B butter, and press start again to continue. 5.No more! Just go and do what you love, hehe. You can take out the bread after hearing the beep. Take out the hot bread and wait until it cools before slicing~

Glutinous rice siomai
I have been coming to Gourmet for more than a month and have only uploaded four dishes. Every time I admire everyone’s beautiful pictures, I feel envious. For me, coming here is purely to learn, and then transform what I know into delicious dishes to serve on the table and give my family a feast. I cook every day, but it’s not always convenient or I want to take photos. Occasionally I take photos and share one or two dishes that I think I’m satisfied with, just to communicate with each other. In addition, after resigning, I devoted myself wholeheartedly to assisting LG's business. I was often busy with store matters, so I could only seize the time to get the food out as soon as possible. Taking photos and editing later took too much time. The small kitchen is also a bit cramped, and the plate camera is average, so I just make do with it, haha. I'm looking forward to having a lot of time after this busy period to buy all kinds of tableware and dishes, wielding a knife and a spoon in my kitchen world, and tossing out amazing delicacies. Hey, I'm dreaming again in broad daylight... Let's get back to the subject, I've been looking forward to making this siomai for a long time, but I've always bought it occasionally as a lazy breakfast. I had the intention to make it myself but never did it. Taking advantage of the fact that the Chinese New Year is about to come, I went through boxes and cabinets to clear out all the things that could be cleared out of my storage box so that I could close the store early and go home to celebrate the Chinese New Year. I found a small bag of glutinous rice that was leftover from making pearl meatballs. It will be destroyed the fastest when used to make siomai. Without further ado, let’s get to work.

[Snow Spirit of Taro Salad] --- A child’s dream, a mother’s love
I made this Snow Spirit with my children during Christmas. Before Christmas, my daughter won second place in the Mathematical Olympiad competition. I was very happy for her. When she handed me the certificate, she smiled and said to me: Mom, I still want to make the Snow Spirit with you at Christmas. Can you take the time to do it with me? , I agreed without even thinking about it. Parenting is what I like the most and think it is the most necessary. This can greatly increase the relationship between mother and child. Although it is often said that if you raise a son if you are poor, you will raise a daughter if you are rich, but I have never deliberately pursued this kind of parenting method. Whether it is a son or a daughter, I give appropriately in terms of material and do not respond to requests too much. From an early age, I have taught my children to be honest and upright, and to know right from wrong, good and evil, and I have tried my best to set an example for them. I hope that they can have a kind heart, an independent character, and a filial behavior. They do not seek wealth, but a peaceful life. I hope that I am the mother and friend of my children. I hope that I can share all the happiness, happiness, sadness and sorrow with them as they grow up. My daughter likes to watch snow, and likes the scene on TV of leaning in front of the window and watching the snowflakes falling. She said that it is a pure fairy tale in her heart, and snowflakes have a special complex for her.

Kuaishou ham, jackfruit and rye bread
I didn’t really like the texture of the jackfruit core particles after they were dried in the bread, so I simply crushed them and used them as mashed potatoes, sweet potato mashed or even flour. Looking at some diced ham left over from making rice dumplings, I suddenly had an idea. Put them together with jackfruit cores for a savory quick bread. I remembered the rye that I had never used much, so I added the rye again. The ham alone would be too boring, so I added a green pepper. This green pepper doesn't look like a fat big green pepper, but I hope it won't be too spicy. It couldn't be easier, just mix all the ingredients, put them into the mold, and bake. The batter gradually grows to the edge of the mold and cracks. Although it is not as crispy as you want, it still looks good. Cut open, it is full of meat, with scattered small particles of uncrushed jackfruit core embedded in it. Whole grain bread, delicious. . . .

Egg yolk fried rice
A beautiful breakfast dish, I love it so much. It turns out there are so many ways to make egg fried rice. [Egg Fried Rice] Don’t make the rice too wet, then mix the raw egg yolk and leftover rice, and then fry it in the pot. That way, the fried rice will be golden. When the rice is stewed, don’t make it too wet. Also, don’t rush to flip the rice over with a spatula when it is first put into the pot for frying. It is better to add some oil to the rice in advance. The rice should be hard! It's the best if it's elastic and non-sticky to the teeth! You can add other ingredients such as salted fish, chicken or beef. If you don’t like eggs, you can add a little curry powder for a better color

Northeast grilled cold noodles
The birthplace of grilled cold noodles is Mishan City, Heilongjiang Province. The rise of grilled cold noodles started around 1999. According to legend, it was invented by a middle-aged man named Gai at the back door of the No. 2 Middle School in Mishan City. There are three types of grilled cold noodles, charcoal grilled, teppanyaki grilled and fried, with different tastes. Teppanyaki and deep-fried dishes are currently popular. Grilled cold noodles are low cost and taste great. The cold noodles used are ordinary cold noodles in the early stage, and special cold noodles are used in the later stage (thinner and softer than the common cold noodles in the market, and do not need to be dried after processing), which are soft and can be eaten directly.

Mixed Vegetables, Ham and Cheese Rolls
I usually like salty bread very much, let alone when I saw this mixed vegetable ham and cheese roll; I took a closer look and found that the required ingredients are similar in the refrigerator at home, so I couldn't wait to try them; during the making process, I was overwhelmed by the red and green colors, and the aroma was even more intense after being baked in the oven; it was already very late when the finished product came out; the light was not good, so I rushed to take a few pictures, and I couldn't help but break off a piece to explain the rumors first, um: lose weight? 【Rice cheese cake】
For breakfast, I have always focused on Western-style breakfast. It is not only simple to make, but also relatively nutritious. The most important thing is that it can whet the children's appetite.
