Boil cabbage and tofu
Overview
A special winter dish in my hometown, a must-have for every household. In fact, when I was a child, it was a rare blessing to be able to eat tofu. Most of the time, I just boiled cabbage. Originating from my childhood knowledge of dishes, the dishes stewed in a large firewood pot with rice soup can be called stewed dishes, and the remaining broth, water, etc. are called stewed dishes. Nowadays, there is no big pot, so if rice soup is added, it can barely be called boiled vegetables.
