  1. Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture (soak the bean drum in hot water until soft or steam it in a steamer until soft).

  2. Remove the scales and internal organs of the yellow croaker, wash and cut with a knife.

  3. Arrange fish on a long plate.

  4. Boil water and steam for about 12 minutes.

  5. While the fish is steaming, prepare the drum juice first. Press the soaked bean drum into a puree. Add minced ginger and garlic and mix well. Add oyster sauce, pepper, sugar and oil, mix well, and the sauce is ready.

  6. Steamed fish, discard excess soup.

  7. Pour the prepared drum sauce over the fish and continue steaming for 3 minutes.
