Overview
There are many ways to make dumplings, steamed, fried, boiled... but my favorite is steamed dumplings, which are authentic, nutritious and healthy. . .

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the required materials, wash and set aside.
-
Chop the pork belly into minced meat and put it in a bowl (or ask someone to mince it with a machine in the supermarket. I personally think it will be more fragrant if you chop it yourself). Chop an appropriate amount of ginger and put it into the minced pork. Pour in an appropriate amount of cooking wine and soy sauce (adding more soy sauce will make the taste stronger). Then add a small amount of salt, chicken powder and cooking oil, mix well and marinate (15-20 minutes, it will taste better) and set aside.
-
Chop the carrots and baby cabbage and set aside (add a small amount of salt to the baby cabbage to taste).
-
Pour the chopped carrots and baby cabbage (a lot of water comes out after mincing, so squeeze them dry with your hands first) into the marinated minced meat container, stir well and the dumpling filling is complete.
-
Wrap the meat stuffing with dumpling wrappers and shape the dumpling model.
-
Add cold water to the rice cooker, smear peanut oil on the steamer grid to prevent sticking, and place the dumplings on top.
-
After the rice cooker starts to emit steam, wait for 20 minutes and the delicious and nutritious dumplings will be ready.
