-
Put the bean dregs, flour, salt, white sugar and yeast into a basin and stir. Add water/soy milk/milk depending on the degree of dryness and wetness.
-
Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until 2~2.5 times in size. Dip your fingers in powder and poke the hole without returning it or collapsing.
-
Divide into 15 portions, roll into round balls and cover with plastic wrap to rest for 10 minutes.
-
Flatten the dough, scoop 1 teaspoon of brown sugar powder, wrap it into the dough, and pinch it tightly like making a bun. Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 20 minutes.
-
Preheat the waffle maker with oil, place the dough on the mold and flatten it gently with your fingers. You can also flatten it first and then place the mold.
-
Close the lid lightly but do not fasten it tightly to prevent the syrup from overflowing. You can open the lid halfway to check the color and maturity. When the aroma is overflowing, open the lid and take it out with chopsticks.
