Ingredients
Steps
-
I chose a very small yellow croaker, just over half a catty. 3 mushrooms
-
Soak the clams for a long time to remove the sediment.
-
Clean the scallops
-
Boil the clams in boiling water to remove the shells and remove the meat.
-
Beat 2 eggs, add a little water, and put the clams into the eggs. Because clams are salty, the eggs can be cooked without salt.
-
Bring to a boil and steam for about 3 minutes.
-
Marinate the yellow croaker with onion, ginger and cooking wine for more than 10 minutes, then pat the starch into the pan, fry it until brown on both sides, and remove from the pan. 2. Slice the mushrooms, blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes, and take them out.
-
Add a little oil to the pot, add onion, ginger, garlic, maybe a little less red pepper, add yellow croaker, cooking wine, light soy sauce, add a little water, sugar, salt, and season. Then add the mushroom slices, bring to a boil over high heat, cover and simmer over low heat for about 4 minutes.
-
Before serving, add scallop meat, a little pepper and vinegar. Pour the cooked fish over the steamed egg marinade.

Finished product.
