Cut beef tenderloin into thin slices.

Add salt, cornstarch, oil and light soy sauce to the cut beef fillet and mix well.

Cut fresh chili into rings, add mustard cubes and garlic slices and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, pour in the seasoned beef, and stir-fry over high heat until the beef is cooked for 8 minutes.

Then take out the beef.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the chili rings until spicy.

Add the mustard seeds and stir-fry for a few times.
