Stir-fried pork slices with celery
Overview
These are the leftover ingredients from making beer chicken yesterday. The celery was not used up and there was a lot of pepper left. In the past, I would add chili peppers to saute them before cooking. As a result, the fried dishes were too spicy to be eaten. The color of the peppers is also not nice. Later, I summed up my experience and put it in last. It is not so spicy and looks better. Anyway, I won’t eat spicy chili peppers. This is a very homely dish. Very simple and delicious.

After processing, soak the celery in salt water and wash it. After slicing the lean meat, add starch, cooking wine, and a little salt and marinate for half an hour. Cut the pepper into small pieces and slice the ginger.
-
Heat the pan with cold oil, add the marinated meat slices, and fry until it changes color. Add a few drops of vinegar to help the meat slices disperse and not stick together.
-
Put it in a bowl as soon as it changes color.
-
Heat oil in another pot and sauté ginger slices until fragrant.
-
Add the celery segments and stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes.

Add bean paste, light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
-
Put the chopped peppers down and stir-fry a few times.
