Homemade Tomato Egg Noodles
Overview
Tomato egg noodles are a very common noodle recipe. The materials required are relatively simple, and the main ones are tomatoes, eggs and noodles; all three are common and easy to find ingredients. Wash the tomatoes, cut into small pieces and set aside.

Set aside chopped green onion and coriander.

Heat a little cooking oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant.
