Square Golden Pizza
Overview
When making delicious food, taking pictures is a habit; losing pictures is a sad thing; but sharing is a happy thing. Golden Pizza made it once and took photos, but unfortunately it couldn't be restored if it wasn't uploaded in time. (I can’t forget that USB flash drive with two years of recipes!) This pizza was made for a girl I met when we were volunteering together. I didn't think about taking pictures at first, but seeing how successful the noodles I posted last night made my hands itch again. So the previous kneading step is omitted. After the pizza was made, I contacted her and a colleague drove her to pick it up at noon. I found a box of a suitable size and packed it for delivery. As a result, the response was very good. They waited for me to leave in the car and started eating. They also sent me many photos and compliments on WeChat. I'm happier than eating pizza by myself~

Steps
-
Sprinkle dry yeast into the flour, add the steamed and slightly cooled old pumpkin, mix well, knead into a dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise overnight.
-
The next morning, knead the risen dough again, deflate the air, and rise again.

-
Blanch the other ingredients or stir-fry them like sausage.
-
Take out the hot ingredients and let them cool, prepare a spoonful of tomato sauce and the sauce; take the mozzarella cheese out of the refrigerator and wait for it to soften naturally, then cut it into about 200g.
-
Roll out the second-risen dough into a dough of suitable size for a pizza pan
-
Place on a baking sheet and lay it out, prick some holes with a fork to prevent the dough from puffing up
-
Brush the pizza dough with tomato sauce and oil (it’s better if there is pizza sauce)
-
Spread about a quarter of the mozzarella cheese on the first layer, put the sausage on the second layer, put the blanched and drained ingredients on the third layer, and finally spread all the remaining mozzarella cheese, evenly as much as possible
-
Preheat the oven first, put the baking sheet into the middle of the oven, set it to 200 degrees, and set the time for 18 minutes
-
Take it out of the oven and brush it with the remaining tomato paste and a little honey, then put it in the oven for about 5 minutes
