Grilled chicken wings with secret sauce

The homemade sauce is rich with tomato sauce and the gravy is very tender. This sauce also tastes great as a dip for other meats.

Wash the chicken wings and make two cross cuts on one side to facilitate flavoring.

Mince garlic.

Pour olive oil into the pot, add minced garlic and chili powder and saute until fragrant.

Add tomato paste and fry until red oil comes out.

Add apple cider vinegar, sugar, rum, black pepper, a little salt, and water to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.

The cooked sauce will be slightly thick, pour it into a bowl and let it cool.

Pour half of the cooked sauce into the chicken wings, mix well, and marinate for more than 2 hours.

Place on a baking sheet lined with tin foil, place in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 15 minutes, take out and brush a layer of sauce on both sides, and continue baking for 5-6 minutes.
