Banana stuffed snowskin mooncake
Overview
Two days ago, my child asked to make mooncakes. To be honest, I really didn’t have time. I hurriedly made it while he was asleep, but there was no filling, so it was too late to make it now, and I didn’t have time to buy it. I happened to see two bananas in the refrigerator that were about to go bad. I might as well use the bananas as mooncake fillings. Cut the bananas into sections and wrap them in the mooncakes. It is very convenient. It will fool the children anyway. This idea should be feasible. Not to mention, the banana-filled snowskin mooncakes are fragrant, sweet and delicious. I made 5 of them in total and the kids ate four of them in one go, haha~
