Raw chicken porridge
Overview
The chicken legs are crispier, add water starch to the marinated meat, the raw porridge will be smoother, and sprinkle some chopped green onion, which will add extra points to the appearance and taste.

Separate the white and green scallions into dices, cut the ginger into shreds, remove the bones and tendons from the chicken legs and cut them into strips. Marinate with 1/3 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper, and 1/2 tbsp of white wine. Add 1 tsp of corn starch and marinate evenly;

Put the white porridge into a small pot, bring to a boil, add the chicken, spread it out, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat;

Add green onion and shredded ginger, stir for a few times;

Add 1/3 tsp salt and 1/3 tsp pepper;

Add 1 tsp sesame oil and stir evenly;
