[Fried Beancurd and Lotus Root Strips]----A different way to eat lotus root
Overview
This dish originated from a random combination of mine. The weather was bad at that time and I didn't go shopping. I only had a lotus root, a little yuba, and a little pork belly left at home. I used these three to stir-fry a dish. Unexpectedly, the stir-fry tasted surprisingly good. So I wrote down the recipe for this dish. Do it every once in a while. The plate is empty every time. There are many ways to make lotus root. I guess not many people have tried this method. Give it a try, it’s very good
