Pearl Beef Balls
Overview
As a traditional halal dish, pearl beef balls not only look good, but also have a rich taste. The selected beef rump meat has alternating fat and lean meat, neither old nor old. Winter bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms are added to the meat filling, which makes it more nutritious and fragrant. The chopped meatballs are combined with glutinous rice. When cooked, the appearance is crystal clear, like round pearls. The glutinous rice in the outer skin absorbs the soup of the meat filling and becomes shiny. When you eat it, it smells fresh, fragrant, tender, smooth and delicious. You can't wait to eat more! (Follow Meidianmeal to view the complete meal steps)
