Twice-cooked pork is a dish that our family eats out a lot. Today is the first time I make it at home! It’s actually very convenient to do!

Wash the pork belly

Pour cold water into the pot, add ginger slices and cooking wine

After cooking, take it out and rinse it in cold water, then cut it into thin slices

Prepare the side dishes and cut them for later use

Heat the pot, add the meat slices and stir-fry

Fry until the oil is squeezed out and slightly burnt

Add bean paste and black bean paste and stir-fry

After frying the red oil, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce to color, then add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

Then add the side dishes and stir-fry together
