Start frying the sugar color, heat the pan, add a little oil, low heat, add two tablespoons of sugar, heat slowly, after the sugar melts, bubbles will begin from the outer ring, and the bubbles will be opaque at this time

When the center is also filled with bubbles, and the bubbles become clear and red in color, add the pig trotters and stir-fry quickly until they are all covered in sugar color
