Soak the dried yellow flowers and fungus in advance.

Cut the dried tofu into cubes and set aside.

Blanch the fungus and daylily.

Blanching dried tofu with some cooking wine can effectively remove the fishy smell.

Cut the stuffing.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add daylily and fungus. Add soybean paste and stir-fry.

Add dried beans.

Add soy sauce.

Add chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.
