Cabbage stewed with tofu
Overview
The baby liked this dish so much that he ate most of the tofu and a lot of cabbage at just nineteen months old. It was really not in vain. My father-in-law also said that this dish has a nice name called cabbage and tofu to keep you safe. It sounds so nice. 2016 is coming. I hope everyone of us can be safe.

Prepare materials.

Slice the cabbage leaves into thin slices and separate them.

Cut tofu into cubes.

Add oil to the wok and sauté the onions, ginger and garlic. Add the cabbage and stir-fry for one minute. Add the cabbage leaves and stir-fry for another minute. Add water and tofu and simmer for fifteen minutes. Add salt and beef powder and serve.
