Mapo Tofu
Overview
I am a beauty-loving girl born in the 1980s who loves food. I like food and even food photography. I specialize in food production and food photography. Thank you for your attention and love. I will continue to share with you my beautiful secrets of losing weight while eating here! I am a super foodie and never miss any delicious food. Dessert is an old love that I can’t let go of, so my weight has always been maintained at 80-90 pounds, never exceeding 90 pounds. I used to be a fat girl with a height of 110cm, so I don’t have a physique that makes me gain weight no matter what I eat. As long as you eat in the right way and at the right time, you will enjoy delicious food and lose weight at the same time!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the tofu into 1cm square pieces.
-
Chop the minced meat.
-
Add Sichuan peppercorns and Sichuan peppercorns to the pan with cold oil, simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes until the aroma develops, then remove and throw away
-
Add the minced garlic and Pixian bean paste to the bottom oil in the pot and stir-fry over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
-
Then add the minced meat and stir-fry until cooked.
-
Add the fried minced meat to a small bowl of half-boiled water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-
Then add the tofu cubes. Do not use a spatula to flip the plate. Just push the tofu apart gently and cook for 4-5 minutes to allow the tofu to fully absorb the flavor.
-
Add a little starch water before serving to make the soup thicker.
-
No need to add salt to this dish because the saltiness in Pixian Douban is enough. If you like a spicier taste, you can add a little salt and pepper. In order to make the dish look good, I sprinkled chopped green onion on the tofu. You don’t need to add chopped green onion if you want to eat it at home!
