Claypot chicken with soy milk and trotters
Overview
My favorite drink is soy milk. I tried the Joyoung P3 filter-free soy milk machine and I have to say that it is super delicate and not wasted at all. This time there is really no residue and the soy milk is very fragrant. Suddenly I thought about using it to cook pig's trotters, because I always don't like the taste of pig's trotters soup. This time I have a very nutritious one. In addition to soy milk, pig's trotters, and a large chicken drumstick, the final product is really delicious. The soup is milky white, fresh but not greasy, the pig's trotters are soft but not sticky, and the chicken drumsticks are fragrant but not oily...
