Date and raisin bread
Overview
I recently got a new bread machine, and whenever I have time, I think about using it to knead dough, ferment it, and shape it. . . Wow, I suddenly feel that with the bread machine, making steamed buns is much easier, and my hands are freed. My husband no longer has to worry about me being too tired from doing housework. It’s the best of both worlds.
