Pork liver, lean meat and egg soup
Overview
This soup is simple to make, nourishing and nutritious. It is especially helpful for women who are postmenstrual, postpartum, or weak. It is very helpful to cook this soup to regulate their physical condition. A recipe taught by an old Chinese medicine friend is a soup that can be consumed by the whole family. Prepare rice wine: wash and slice lean meat and pork liver, add a little salt, chicken powder, white wine (2 tablespoons), cooking oil, and cornstarch and marinate for 10-20 minutes.

During the process of marinating the meat, you can fry the eggs. Heat the pan and add an appropriate amount of cooking oil. Crack the eggs and fry them until they are golden brown on both sides. Crush the onions and slice the ginger and set aside.

Set up another soup pot, boil about 6 bowls of water, put the fried eggs into the pot and cook.

There is some oil left in the frying pan where the eggs have just been fried, put in the dried onion and sauté over high heat.

Pour in the marinated lean pork liver and ginger slices and stir-fry until the meat is fragrant. Pour in the rice wine and stir-fry for a few times.

Scoop up the meat slices and pour them into the soup pot.

Cover the pot and cook over high heat for about 30 minutes.

When the soup turns milky white and the water volume is much reduced than before, turn off the heat and add salt.

Add chicken powder and mix well~
