~~Low-fat Banana Oatmeal Cookies
Overview
Oats are a low-sugar, high-nutrition, and high-energy food. Oats have a sweet and mild taste, can benefit the spleen, nourish the heart, and reduce sweating, and have high nutritional value. In 1997, the US FDA recognized oats as a functional food, which has the effect of lowering cholesterol and stabilizing blood sugar. Among the top ten healthy foods in the world selected by the American "Time" magazine, oatmeal ranks fifth and is the only cereal on the list. My son likes to drink milk oatmeal, so oatmeal is always available at home all year round. There are a few bananas left from the bananas I bought a few days ago, covered with sesame dots, so I use them to make biscuits. Oatmeal contains a lot of dietary fiber and low fat content. You can eat a few pieces when you are hungry without worrying about gaining weight.

Steps
-
Materials are ready. (Oatmeal is a measuring cup used for cooking, a full cup is used)

Pulse the banana and corn oil in a food processor and add a few drops of lemon juice.

Add brown sugar. (The brown sugar particles are relatively coarse and can be ground into powder with a food processor)
-
Add the powdered oats.

Add the other half of the uncooked oats.

Add dried blueberries and a pinch of cinnamon. (If you don’t have cinnamon powder, you can omit it)

Add almond flour and a few chopped almonds and mix well.

Spoon into non-stick baking pan and flatten surface.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees hot air in the middle rack for 15-20 minutes.
