Stir-fried asparagus and fungus
Overview
I had some chive flowers and fungus left over from making dumplings, so I fried them with asparagus.

Peel the carrots and cut them in half, then slice them diagonally.

Soak the fungus in hair and wash it.

Cut asparagus into sections with a diagonal knife.

Pick and wash the chive flowers.

Finely mince garlic.

Heat oil in pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add carrots and fungus and stir-fry, add a little water and cook briefly.

Add asparagus and fry,

Add in oyster sauce and stir well.

Cut off the asparagus and stir-fry the chive flowers

Stir-fry until the leek flowers are broken.

Fresh and delicious.
