Fried Yong Tofu Box
Overview

Chop the pork into minced meat, and chop the green onion, ginger, and red pepper separately. Cut the tofu into small cubes.

Use a small spoon to scoop the tofu into boxes carefully (be careful not to dig to the bottom)

Add a little salt, soy sauce, minced ginger, cooking wine and starch to the meat filling and mix well

Stuff the mixed meat filling into a tofu box, pat it with a little starch to seal it

Heat oil in a pan and add tofu with the meat side facing down.

Fry the tofu box until both sides are golden brown, then remove and set aside

Heat oil in a pot, add minced onion, ginger, garlic, and chili flakes and sauté until fragrant, then add a little tomato paste and stir-fry until the color develops. Add chicken essence and some water and bring to a boil.

After the water boils, add the tofu, cover and simmer. When the soup is half full, add water starch and stir evenly.
