Cute and delicious donuts
Overview
Donuts are a delicious and sweet snack that I have loved since childhood. For most people, donuts may feel more familiar and cordial than various sweet breads, because they remain in the memories of many people growing up. The English word for donuts is Donuts, which is a kind of fried bread. In some bakeries, it is transliterated into Donuts or Donuts. These translated names sound quite bluffing at first, but they are definitely not names that people talk about. I believe that for most people, the name donut is more popular. The shape of Donuts is not necessarily a round donut, and there are many different ways to shape it. However, in China, the cute ring-shaped donuts are the most well-known.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put the milk, bread flour, caster sugar, egg liquid, milk powder and yeast into the bread machine and mix evenly to form a smooth dough
-
Then add butter and salt into the dough, continue to put it into the bread machine, and knead the dough until it reaches the expansion stage where the film can be stretched out
-
Then let the dough ferment at room temperature (cover the dough with a layer of plastic wrap or a damp cloth)
-
Wait until the dough ferments to 2.5 times its original size, then the dough is fermented. Generally the fermentation time is about 1 hour. The higher the room temperature, the faster the fermentation speed and the shorter the time required
-
After fermenting the dough, press out the air inside with your hands, then let the dough rise at room temperature for 15 minutes
-
After the dough has risen, use a rolling pin to roll it into a sheet with a thickness of about 1CM. After rolling it out, let it rest for another five to ten minutes
-
Use a donut mold to cut the dough into donut shapes
-
Place the cut donut dough on a floured baking sheet. After cutting, the excess dough can be kneaded into a ball again. After relaxing for 15 minutes, roll it out and cut it again. The cut donut dough needs a second fermentation. Don’t use too high a temperature for the second fermentation of the donut dough. If it’s summer, cover the donut dough with plastic wrap or a damp cloth and let it ferment directly at room temperature for 10-20 minutes until the dough becomes twice as big as before. (If it’s winter, put the donut dough in the oven and add a plate of warm water at the same time to keep the oven at a certain temperature and allow the dough to fully ferment)
-
Heat the oil pan, put the fermented donut dough into the oil pan, and fry until both sides are golden brown. When one side is fried, turn it over in time
-
After frying the donuts, drain the oil and place them on a cooling rack to cool
-
After the donuts are completely cooled, sprinkle chocolate or colored sugar on the surface for decoration, and you can eat them
